Also known as Flagstaff Sports Institute, we are a federally recognized 501(c)(3) public charity headquartered in Flagstaff, Arizona — tax-exempt since September 28, 2015.
Classified under NTEE code M40 — Safety Education, we protect young athletes through evidence-based sports medicine and community programs.
